A New Year's Adventure!

Today dawned sunny and warm, 51 to be exact, so we decided to go on an adventure. We dug out all the coats, hats and gloves we haven't used in a month, a quilt or two and loaded them into the Yukon. Then we stopped for fuel, saw an old friend we hadn't seen in YEARS, and headed up into the mountains.

Dakota celebrated his 14th birthday today, in the mountain air!

It was lovely, windy, sunny, and then it rained as we headed back down to the "flatlands"
